Knock 3 times Speakeasy Party at the amazing Altheim at 104 Walnut, Waterford, PA. Owners, Vince and Julie McCall are opening their doors for a party inspired by the Roaring 20’s. Once inside, learn the secret knock to visit the Yellow Tavern, hidden in the house.
Wear 20’s inspired attire, enjoy a signature cocktail or mocktail by Cart and Horse Distillery, partake of special hor d’oeuvres, all while surrounded by 20’s music and atmosphere.

Bring your ticket confirmation to receive your wristband at any house. From an over 10,000 square feet mansion to the very first tiny house…you will love this tour. Each house will be decorated by local businesses, non-profits, and the homeowners themselves. Tickets will also be available to purchase for chances on special giveaways and gift baskets to be drawn Sunday at 4:30 PM. There will also be a drawing for an Overnight Package at the beautiful Altheim, as the guest of the McCall’s.
ABOUT THE HOUSES
From an over 10,000 square foot mansion, to a charming Gingerbread house used for family camping, and everything in between, each of these house have a special charm. A huge thank you to the owners who have graciously opened their homes for this event. Each house is located in our boro within about a 6 block radius…drive or take a lovely walk.
You will be getting a peek into a number of homes that have never been open to the public before. Three of these properties were originally built by members of the Judson Family, one of Waterford’s founding families.
