STORYBOOK CHRISTMAS IN WATERFORD HOLIDAY HOUSE TOUR
Please join us for the 2024 Holiday House Tour, showcasing 7 unique and beautiful homes, including an almost 200 year old mansion to a brand new barndominium, and everything in between. Your ticket entitles you to a self-guided tour of all 7 homes, plus other perks depending on your ticket. Tickets may be purchased online or at Whimsies of Waterford, 108 High Street, Waterford, PA. Tickets may also be purchased at any home weekend of event.

Silver Bell Estate-28 East 5th Street, Cindy Lou Chalet, 236 East 2nd. Street, & Ebenezer’s Retreat-104 Walnut Street.

Tour seven unique homes while savoring a variety of delicious finger foods—both sweet and savory—accompanied by seasonal beverages.
The evening ends at the Ebenezer’s Retreat at 104 Walnut, where a chance to socialize with signature cocktails and more bites await to close the night with a touch of grandeur.
Tickets must be purchased in advance.

- Visit the homes in any order but last stop is Ebenezer’s Retreat for a signature cocktail and party atmosphere
SAVE MONEY with the Early Bird Ticket, must be purchased by November 4. After November 4 and at the door, tickets will be $30.

- WHEN: Nov. 16, 10-5 and Nov. 17, Noon-4.
- SET UP: Saturday, Nov, 16, from 8-9:30
- WHO: Only 10 lucky vendors will be able to participate
- FEE: $50 for both dates and donation of an item for gift basket
- SPACE: A Generous 8′ Table Space-tables provided using existing dining tables
